Do you have essential oils but need some ideas on what you can do with them? I run my diffusers with different scents daily, but what if you want to place your favorite scent(s) in one place or bring them on the go?
These Essential Oil Sachets make a great gift idea for others (or yourself)! You can use them in different places around your home or take them with you in your purse. The best part is they are extremely easy to make!

For these particular sachets, I used lavender. Lavender is FANTASTIC for reducing stress, relieving anxiety, improving concentration and alleviating insomnia (plus a handful of other things).
Here are the materials to make the sachets:
I used about a cup of white rice to make three sachets. I mixed 10-12 drops of lavender essential oil and a few tablespoons of dried lavender into the rice. You can adjust any of these measurements accordingly depending on how strongly scented you want the sachet to be. I filled them up about halfway before tying a bit of raffia ribbon in a bow to make them look pretty 🙂
This would be a great gift idea along with a bottle of an essential oil! I love all the fun things that can be made with essential oils and how different oils can benefit our minds and bodies in so many ways.
